As part of his official visit to Greece, the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, visited a few days ago the olive farm of Terra Creta in Kolymvari, Crete, where the gaiasense by NEUROPUBLIC telemetric agrometeorological station is installed.

In a workshop dedicated to the principles of regenerative agriculture in primary production and good practices, President Steinmeier had the opportunity to see the commitment of local farmers and the importance of sustainable practices, such as NEUROPUBLIC’s gaiasense smart farming system implemented in the region. As the harvest season is still ongoing, he had the opportunity to participate in the process of olive harvesting and gained first-hand experience of regenerative harvesting techniques.
